Canadian technology leader with 20+ years across enterprise, startup, and emerging markets. Former IBM Global Services (France & Canada), specializing in mission-critical Linux infrastructure. Founded Innolabs KH in 2015 and co-founded Cambodia's first blockchain innovation hub. Innolabs is an Odoo Ready Partner and is one of five GDDE-certified e-invoicing providers in Cambodia (General Department of Digital Economy, Ministry of Economy and Finance). Deep expertise in ERP, payment infrastructure, AI integration (RAG, voice AI, multi-agent workflows), and IoT.
Sereyvichea Seng
Senior Functional Analyst
Cambodian Odoo specialist with ten years spent understanding how businesses actually run before deciding what to build. Built that decade at KhmerDev, latterly leading the Odoo functional team, and has delivered across manufacturing, food service, retail, hospitality and government. Works as the translator between what a business does day to day and what the system needs to do, drawing the real process out of the people who live it.
